Facilitation

Facilitation is also a flexible, informal, effective and inexpensive way of managing and resolving your commercial or contractual situation.

If you and the other party choose to resolve your commercial or contractual situation by facilitation we will help both parties individually and independently plan and prepare for it.

During individual preparation meetings with each party separately we will help you to explore the issues, interests and needs that contribute to each side of the situation in order that both parties are fully prepared to make the maximum amount of progress at the facilitation meeting itself.

 

At the facilitation meeting we will support each party, fairly and equally, to articulate and communicate their issues and ensure both parties are heard.

At the end of the facilitation meeting the parties leave with agreed actions and next steps that can lead to the permanent resolution of the disagreement.
