Maybe you feel you are heading for a disagreement or dispute with another party and the best or least-cost course of action is to avoid the disagreement altogether.  Perhaps the dispute is such that you and/or the other party would voluntarily like to receive professional practical support from an independent neutral third party.  This neutral third party will carefully, respectfully, and privately manage the situation with you both and work with each party to negotiate, facilitate or mediate a solution to avoid the dispute getting worse.

Using any or all of the following approaches means that both parties are more likely to retain respect for each other and are therefore more likely to be willing to work together to finish the current work and work together again in the future, if that is what both parties choose.
